Shelving Stays in the App

Shelving a memo (or bringing it back) used to re-export it to every connected folder. Now shelving is purely an in-app action: once your memos live in an external folder like an Obsidian vault, organizing them there is left to you. Exports still update when you save or edit a memo, as before.
