Frontmatter Customization

The default frontmatter (date, steps, location, coordinates) is a sensible starting point, but you may want more — tags for your own taxonomy, a project field, a mood field, anything.

Open Settings and add your custom keys. Every new memo’s markdown export will include them in the YAML frontmatter, ready for your note-taking system to pick up.

This is one of the small ways Sanpou tries to stay out of your way: your memos, your structure, your conventions.
